"Accidents In The Workplace are on the up"Joe.ie

"The soulful troupe slather small dashes of multiple genre masters…. If this doesn't make you feel happy, check yourself, and then check your pulse."
Remy - thebestofmusicandfilm.blogspot.ie

"Fresh, Bright and Adventurous... ...It's tricky to add so much to a track - and not have it end up cluttered.
But Accidents In The Workplace have pulled it off and this sounds equally fresh and adventurous."
BBC RADIO'S ACROSS THE LINE

From the sumptuous suburbs of Dundalk and trendy potholes of Emyvale come Accidents in the Workplace,
A 9 piece funk band, who's blend of funk, rock, blues and "other" creates the musical equivalent of sprinkling salt and pepper on a bowl of ice cream.
Accidents In The Workplace were formed in 2016 and made their live debut that summer. A string of captivating performances at various festivals and renowned venues over the past few years has earned them a reputation of being a must see act. Their influences range from Prince to Celine Dion to Rage Against The Machine.

Accidents' debut single "How?" was released in March 2017 and received rave reviews and airplay on RTE 2FM, 2XM and BBC Radio where the song was featured as BBC Introducing?s "Track of the Day". Their most recent release "The One You Love" featured on Nialler 9, hotpress, Joe.ie and was listed in Remys top 25 Irish singles of 2018.

Accidents' had a busy 2018 from playing support to the likes of The Strypes and Jerry Fish in Dublin, to an Irish tour with US rap-rock band Crazytown in June. Over the summer they have made several festival appearances including two performances at Northern Ireland's Sunflowerfest before travelling to Aranmore Island for a headlining slot at Swell Festival. Expect to hear a lot more from them over the coming months.....

"Accidents in the Workplace blend funk and blues into their classic rock template, their hypnotic lead singer, Lauren Murphy, is like a Gothic Stevie Nicks with bright red hair, a florescent crucifix, and shimmering butterfly wings hanging from her outstretched arms as she performs." puremzine.com

"Super shows, that voice is to die for. Amazing." Vantastival Music Festival

"Audio Coffee"
Dan Hegarty - 2FM / 2XM

"This band always make me smile. Lauren Murphy is such an entertaining performer and she seems to radiate a bubbly bright persona all the time. She dances and grooves with humorous facial expression in between and with a vocal power that could wrestle you to the ground she is fast becoming my favourite female vocalist. It's feel-good music at its best and their beaming perky faces are such a welcoming sight that makes their set a delight to watch."
