"The Gakk are an original five-piece punk/ska/reggae outfit based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. Taking their influences from the classic punk sounds of the late seventies (The Clash,Stiff Little Fingers, The Ruts etc.) and a line-up that includes members of Blood or Whiskey, On/Off and Rumble, The Gakk are certainly not one of your MTV-friendly "Punk" bands!"
